to full registrants only.
Fees for PARTICIPANTS inlcude:

Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include:
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday
- A half-day tour, planned to coincide with the scientific sessions.
Online registration is closed. Registration will be available on-site on June
23rd.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked before March 15, 2004 - 100% refund (less US$50 handling
fee)
- Postmarked from March 16, 2004 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after May 15, 2004
REGISTRATION
Please note that the courses (to be held on June 23) are available
on a first come, first served basis, as space is limited.
Breakfast Sessions will take place on June 24, 25 and 26, on a
variety of exciting topics. Please make sure to register on time!

Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre as follows:
08:00 - 10:00 Registration for courses participants only
10:00 - 19:00 Registration for Congress (and for courses)
The registration desks will stay open throughout the Congress during
session times.
