REGISTRATION FEES

* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their status.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:

• Participation in scientific sessions
• Entrance to the exhibition
• Welcome Reception on Thursday
• The printed material of the Congress
• Social Event on Saturday - Festive Dinner in MOYO (participation dependent on payment of  € 10 reservation fee)

Convention Centre for the duration of the Congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

• Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
• Postmarked before July 21, 2006- 100% refund( minus € 50 handling fee)
• Postmarked from July 21, 2006 – 50 % refund
• No refund on cancellations sent after September 25, 2006
