Call for abstracts

This is a link only for invited speaker abstracts. Abstract submission for oral and poster abstracts is now closed.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all coauthors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat.

Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the program and book of abstracts.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS:

• All abstracts must be in English.
• The abstract title must be in upper case letters and should be brief and specific.
  Please do not use abbreviations.
• Author(s) names must be in upper and lower case (e.g. J.J. Smith).
  The presenting author’s name must be indicated.
• Provide Institute/Hospital, City and Country for all authors.
• Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, including acknowledgements.
• Abstracts should substantially outline the content of the presentation, including conclusion.
• Abstracts stating: “data will be discussed in the presentation“ will NOT be accepted.
• Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears in the abstract.
• Use generic names of drugs.
• Express numbers as numerals.
• PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME ABSTRACT

Images, tables, diagrams and graphs must be saved and uploaded as BMP or JPG files. Other file types cannot be accepted. Please note that these may be resized to fit the final printed material and will automatically reduce the number of words allowed in the abstract body.
