Visitur is the official local travel agent of the 5th International Conference on Stroke and 2nd Conference of the Mediterranean Stroke Society be held in Istanbul, Turkey from March 21-24, 2001, and will be offering specially reduced rates for accommodation and Conference tours.

SWISSOTEL THE BOSPHORUS - CONFERENCE VENUE
Surrounded by the greenery of an elegant residential area, the hotel is a little more than 30 minutes away from the airport, within walking distance from the bustling Taksim business district. From this prime location, it has a magnificent view of both the Dolmabah?e Palace and Bosphorus. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness gym, three tennis courts, beauty centre and lush private gardens cover an expanse of 65 acres.

ISTANBUL HILTON HOTEL
Situated in the heart of the city within walking distance of business district, offices, shops, entertainment area, overlooking the Bosphorus, it is 30 minutes from the airport. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, health club, Casino, shopping arcade, covered car park, laundry and dry cleaning service, medical office, secretarial services and postage facilities are available.

HOTEL DIVAN
Located in the heart of the city, very close to the most popular centers of culture, art, recreation, business and shopping, 25 minutes from the airport. Dining and other facilities are 3 restaurants, 3 bars, pastry shop, shopping center, beauty hall coiffeur and laundry.

HILTON PARKSA HOTEL
Hilton Parksa is located in the city centre, 24 km from the Airport. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, direct telephone, music, satellite TV, cable TV, air-conditioning, minibar.

Above prices are inclusive of breakfast and 17% VAT
All accommodation requests should be sent no later than February 15, 2001 with the above minimum deposit.
Payment should be made in US$ by bank transfer or bank draft draw to the name of Visitur - or by credit card (Visa and Master Card).

BOOKING PROCEDURES
Please send Visitur Travel and Tourism Inc. the filled out Accommodation Form with the necessary deposit. Room reservation requests arriving after December 10, 2000 will be subject to the availability of rooms.

DEPOSITS
Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is received. The balance of the account must be paid in full by January 5, 2001. A voucher will then be issued which should be presented to the hotel.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
A form confirming the reservation with name and address will be sent upon receipt of the appropriate deposit. Any change to a reservation must be notified to Visitur Travel and Tourism Inc. and not directly to the hotel. Visitur Travel and Tourism Inc. will make amendments and issue new confirmation.

CANCELLATION
The hotel deposit, less a cancellation fee of US$50 will be refunded if cancellation advice is received by Visitur Travel and Tourism Inc. in writing before December 10, 2000. However if any cancellation is made in writing after December 18, 2000 - there will be no refund.
