HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit with the special Conference rates, kindly complete
the form
with the required deposit at your earliest convenience. We strongly
advise all Conference participants to reserve their hotel accommodation
as soon as possible.
Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after
February 20, 2003
PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International is payable
(less deposit) before your arrival in Monte Carlo. Kenes International
accepts Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques (in the currency of the
issuing country), Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club credit cards.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations must be received in writing.
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
- Less then 90 days and up to 60 days prior to arrival - full
refund less bank charges and handling fee € 50 per room
- Less than 60 days and up to 35 days prior to arrival -
1 night will be charged
- Less than 35 days and up to 15 days prior to arrival -
2 nights will be charged
- Less than 15 days and in case of non show - no refund.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in
double rooms for single occupancy.
- Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested
hotels to those of a similar grade or better.
- Kenes International and its agents shall not be responsible
for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any
loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any
person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason
whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
- Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
- Official check in time in all hotels is 14:00 hours and check
out time is noon.
