CLIMATE
Situated at the heart of Mediterranean Europe, the Principality of Monaco enjoys a particularly mild climate, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. The temperatures in March range from 11° - 17° C.

CLOTHING
Informal for all occasions; please bring sunglasses, rain coat and comfortable walking shoes, as well as jackets for the evenings.

LETTER OF INVITATION
If a participant needs a letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please request it from the Conference Secretariat at the address below. This invitation, however, does not imply a commitment to payment of any expenses.

VISAS
Some participants may require visas in order to enter Monaco. Please check with your local travel agent.

AIRPORT INFORMATION
The Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport is located 22km from Monaco. Bus services and taxis are available 24 hours a day. The journey time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes.

PERSONAL INSURANCE
We recommend that all participants take out personal travel and health insurance.

REGISTRATION
The Registration Desk will be situated at the Monte Carlo Grand Hotel and will be open as follows:

Wednesday, March 12, 2003 from 15:00-20:00.
Thursday, March 13, 2003 from 08:00 and during all session hours.

Please register immediately upon arrival in order to receive your Kit containing your program and abstract book, personal name badge, etc.

Please remember to wear your name badge to all functions.

GET TOGETHER RECEPTION
The Get Together Reception will take place on Wednesday, March 12, at 18:30 at the Monte Carlo Grand Hotel.

All registered participants are invited. Additional tickets are available for accompanying persons at €30 p/p.

OPENING SESSION
The Opening Session will take place on Thursday, March 13, at 08:30 in Hall A.
