* Registration form must be accompanied by a letter
from their department head confirming their status as well as a photocopy
of a valid student card.
Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Conference Program and Book of Abstracts
- Get Together Reception on Wednesday
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday
- Coffee during breaks
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked before December 25, 2002 - 100% refund
(minus €50 handling fee)
- Postmarked from December 26, 2002 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after February 12, 2003
