CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy for registration
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked before December 27, 2005 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
• Postmarked from December 28, 2005 - 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent after February 28, 2006

Cancellation policy for the Concorde La Fayette Hotel only

• Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International.
• In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
• Less then 60 days prior to arrival – deposit non-refundable
• Less then 21 days prior to arrival – no refund
