Fees for participants include: participation in scientific
session, Conference Program and Book of Abstracts, invitations to all social events.
Fees for the Pre-Conference Workshop include: participation in the workshop as per your
choice and printed material of the workshop.
Fees for accompanying persons include: two half-day tours timed to coincide with the
scientific sessions and invitations to all social events.
*Members of the International Society for Telemedicine will receive a reduction of US$ 50
of the full registration fees. If you are a member, please indicate so on the registration
form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Airmail post-marked* before January 29, 1999 -
full refund less US$ 50 handling fee
Airmail post-marked* from January 30, 1999 - 50% refund
Airmail post-marked* after May 20, 1999 - no refund
* or faxed or electronically mailed
EXHIBITION
A commercial and professional exhibition will be organized within the
framework of the Conference.

VISAS
Participants from most countries do not require a visa to Israel, but we suggest that you
ask your travel agent to check for you. For participants from countries without diplomatic
relations with Israel, please write directly to the Secretariat, no later than TWO MONTHS
prior to the Conference, providing the following details: full name, date and place of
birth, passport number and date and place of issue, flight details (arrival date and
flight number). The Secretariat will do its utmost to ensure that a visa will await you at
the airport in Israel.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Conference Secretariat will send a personal invitation
to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only
meant to help participants raise travel funds or obtain visas, and does not represent a
commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
CLIMATE & CLOTHING
The weather in Jerusalem in June is pleasant and sunny during the day and
slightly cooler in the evenings.
Temperatures range between 17o and 27o C (63o and 81o F).
