Registration Fees
Registration fee for the Seminar is US$ 150.
Fee includes participation in the scientific sessions, 2 lunches, coffee at breaks and get together reception.

Accommodation
Kenes has reserved rooms at the Dan Panorama Hotel, at very special rates for Seminar participants, as follows:

Single room US$ 100
Double room US$ 120

Rates quoted are per room, per night and include buffet style breakfast and all taxes.
Israeli participants need to add VAT.

Payment
Payment of registration fees may be made by cheque payable to 'Frontiers in Thrombosis and Haemostasis' or bank transfer or by credit card (details below).
Payment of hotel accommodation may be made by cheque payable to 'Kenes International' or bank transfer or by credit card (details below).

Liability
The Symposium Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants, students and accompanying persons, either during, or directly arising from the Frontiers in Thrombosis and Haemostasis Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
