Poster Presentations

Instructions for Poster Presenters

  • All Poster Presenters are requested to mount their posters on Wednesday, November 5th and leave them on display until the end of sessions on Saturday, November 8th. Please refer to the poster board numbers in the Final Program which will be distributed on-site.
  • Presenters of posters selected for Tool / Method Demonstrations are requested to be present at their posters during the coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday.
  • Presenters of posters selected for Poster Session 1 are requested to be present at their posters during the coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday.
  • Presenters of posters selected for Poster Discussion A are requested to be present at their posters during the Discussion Session, which will take place on Friday 7th from 12:45 to 13:45. During this time, a standing poster presentation will take place, and you will be asked by a Discussant to present your work in four minutes, plus two minutes for discussion.
  • Presenters of posters selected for Poster Discussion B are requested to be present at their posters during the Discussion Session, which will take place on Saturday 8th from 12:45 to 13:45. During this time, a standing poster presentation will take place, and you will be asked by a Discussant to present your work in four minutes, plus two minutes for discussion.
