Kenes International is the official organizer of the WATEC Israel 2007, and will be offering special rates for accommodation.

All hotels are located 10-15 Minutes drive from the conference venue.
Rates shown are per room, per night and include VAT and breakfast.
Hotels rates for Israeli participants are subject to additional VAT payment.

Booking

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after September 30th 2007.
Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit over 1 night stay in your preferred Room / Hotel category.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.
For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Cancellation of Accommoadation

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Kenes International. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• Rooms cancelled before October 16th, 2007: full refund, less bank charges
• Rooms cancelled from October 16th until and include October 23rd, 2007: 1 night cancellation charge
• Rooms cancelled from October 24th, 2007: no refund

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International (either by fax or email) In the event of non-arrival, the Hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be.

Payment

Payment of fees should be made in NIS (for Israeli participants) and USD (for Foreign participants) and may be paid either by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex*)

Three weeks prior to your arrival in Tel Aviv (by October 10th, 2007); your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants that have paid with a bank transfer or cheque needs to send this balance to Kenes International.
Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodation.

Important Notes

Kenes International, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check out is 12:00 hours
