Registration / Hospitality Desk

Registration desk will be at Hall 1

Hall 10 Desk will operate as follows:

Tuesday, October 30, 2007	07:30 - 18:00 hours
Wednesday, October 31, 2007	08:00 - 16:00 hours

Conference Kit and Name Tag

Upon registration you receive your conference kit containing the printed material of the conference, name tag and voucher(s) for lunch. Please wear your name tag to all sessions and social events.

Speakers Ready Room

The Speakers' Ready Room, situated on the Lower Level, is available for speakers every day during meeting hours. Speakers are requested to check their presentation at least half an hour prior to the start of their session.

Exhibition Opening Hours

All participants are invited to view the exhibition.
Opening hours are as follows:

Tuesday, October 30, 2007	10:00 - 18:00 hours
Wednesday, October 31, 2007	10:00 - 18:00 hours
Thursday, November 01, 2007	10:00 - 18:00 hours

Posters

Your poster should be mounted by 09:00 hours on Tuesday, October 30 and removed
by 17:30 hours, on Thursday, November 01. The Organizing Committee and Secretariat will not be
responsible for posters that have not been removed by this time.

You are requested to stand next to your poster during the coffee and lunch breaks for informal
discussions.

Please refer to the Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you and use the board
with the same number.

Lunch

Lunch will be served at Sagol Hall.

Safety and Security

Please do not leave bags and suitcases unattended at any time.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking event. Kindly use the hotel designated smoking areas only.
