CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked before November 15, 2004 - 100% refund (minus €50
handling fee)
- Postmarked from November 16, 2004 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after January 4, 2005
