PERSONAL ENVELOPE AND CONFERENCE KIT
Upon your registration to the Conference you will receive your kit which includes the final program, syllabus book, workshop schedules and name tag, etc. Kindly remember to wear your name tag to all sessions and events.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND CME CREDITS
Your certificate of attendance will also be given to you upon your registration. CME credits will be stated on the certificate.
COCKTAIL RECEPTION AND ENTERTAINMENT
All participants are invited to a Cocktail Reception starting 19:30 hours on Monday September 18, 2006 at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus (Hall A) .
AWARDS CEREMONY
The Awards Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 20:00 hours at the History Museum. Departure will be from the hotel lobby at 19:30 hours.
CLOTHING
Informal for all occasions except for the Awards Ceremony where a jacket and tie is recommended.

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property or persons, during or indirectly arising from the 11th Annual Advanced Interventional Pain Conference and Practical Workshop .
