Registration Fees

All participants including Invited Speakers must submit a completed registration form.

Participant (sessions & Hands-on Workshops) Registration Fee includes:
Participation in the conference sessions, workshops, conference syllabus book, 3 lunches, coffee at breaks and evening social events.

Participant (Morning sessions only) Registration Fee includes:
Participation in the conference sessions, conference syllabus book, 3 lunches, coffee at breaks and evening social events.

Please DO NOT send Examination Applications or payment for the Examination to the Kenes address.

Accompanying Person Registration Fee includes
participation in the "Awards Ceremony" and the evening social events.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Please make sure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation until July 25, 2008 - full refund less bank charges.
Cancellation from July 26 until August 25, 2008 - fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction if written cancellation is received until August 25, 2008.

After this date no refunds can be made.
